As you walk along the Panoramaweg pathway leading around Planai summit, you will learn more about our native flora and fauna. A leisurely alpine stroll at 1900 meters above sea level, offering an array of new experiences in each and every season, and suitable for your whole family.
Hiking amidst magnificent mountain scenery
Close to the Panoramaweg path on the Planai, you will also find the "Place of Reflection". This walkable wooden sculpture, which juts out into the small, idyllic Planai Lake, can also be reached if you are pushing a pram or in a wheelchair.
Paraglider pilots are able to take off from next to the lift mid- and top stations. Panorama cams provide you with current weather conditions. Hikers, meanwhile, can enjoy the colorful natural spectacle which surrounds them.

Along a 1.5 km long, pram-friendly pathway, there is lots for all children, big and small, to discover! Swings, climbing features, a marble run, slides, a water world just for kids, and so many other great pieces of play equipment, invite you to have fun and explore in the fresh, healthy mountain air.
The Schladminger Hütte is right next to the path, providing you with much-needed refreshment, food & drinks, whenever you are in the mood.
