Right of Withdrawal

Customers who are consumers as defined by the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have the right to withdraw from a distance selling contract within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the ordered goods without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing either by post to SchlaHü Gastro GmbH, Planaistraße 54, Operating location: Planaistraße 35, A-8971 Schladming or by email to nfschldmngrhttt with a clear declaration of withdrawal. The Customer may use the template withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the declaration of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

The received goods must be returned to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day the Customer communicated the withdrawal to the Seller. The deadline is met if the goods are sent by the Customer before the 14-day period has expired. The Customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in unused, new, and resaleable condition and in the original packaging. For items that show signs of use, have already been opened, or whose packaging has been damaged, the Seller reserves the right to charge an appropriate fee for the reduction in value.

In the event of withdrawal, the Customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if the customer chose a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller). The refund will be made no later than 14 working days from the day the goods are received back by the Seller.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until proof of return shipping has been provided. The refund will be processed using the same payment method the customer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will the customer be charged any fees for this refund.
