Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Information according to § 19 (3) AStG (Alternative Dispute Resolution Act)
According
to § 19 (3) AStG, if we are unable to reach an agreement with the consumer in a
dispute, we are obliged to inform the consumer on paper or another durable
medium (e.g. email) about the competent alternative dispute resolution body,
hereafter referred to as ADR body.
The
ADR bodies intended for us are:
1. Internet Ombudsman
2.
Arbitration for Consumer Affairs
SchlaHü
Gastro GmbH will not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a
consumer arbitration board as defined by the AStG, nor is it obliged to do so.

Consumers
have the option to submit complaints to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution
